INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
General information

Abstracts must be submitted electronically by clicking on Submit Abstract at the bottom of this page. 

Please note: 

Before submitting the abstract, you will be asked to create your profile entering your personal data. Once a profile is created, you will receive a confirmation email. Only after that, you may proceed with abstract submission. 

Please be aware that sometimes confirmation emails may end up in spam folders. Please check your spam and if no email is in there, contact the Secretariat at mtn3@doc-congress.com for help.

 Deadline for abstract submission is July, 8 2022. 

One single abstract per presenting author can be submitted; however, submitters can be co-authors on several abstract. 

Final Selection: 

Abstracts will be evaluated by Scientific Committee and notification on their acceptance as poster or oral presentation will be sent to the presenting author tentatively by August, 31 2022

less than 300 words, single space.
Please note: it is mandatory including, after the abstract body:
- Name of the presenting author
- E-mail and phone number of the presenting author
- Current status of the presenting author (undergraduate/graduate student, PhD student, Postdoctoral fellow, Assistant/Associate/Full professor, Non-academic researcher, other)
