ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
ABSTARCT CALL OPENS: October 12th, 2026
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: November 30th, 2026
One single abstract per presenting author can be submitted; however, submitters can be co-authors on several abstracts.
Style and Instructions*

| Authors Names | For each author, type in: last name, first name and indexes of the affiliations separated by a comma. (Eg: Rossi Mario 1,2,3) |

| Abstract body | Less than 300 words, single space. |
Please note: it is mandatory including, after the abstract body:
- Name of the presenting author
- E-mail and phone number of the presenting author
- Current status of the presenting author (undergraduate/graduate student, PhD student, Postdoctoral fellow, Assistant/Associate/Full professor, Non academic researcher, other)**
- SELECTED TOPIC (list of topics is available in the Aim & Topics webpage)
*Abstracts which do not follow instructions will be rejected
**Abstracts which do not contain that information will be rejected
Final Selection:
Abstracts will be evaluated by a Scientific Committee and notification on their acceptance will be sent to the presenting author after Dec 15th
